What should I do if my servo do not work?

Are you still confused about your broken servo, don't you know what to do? Come and get this servo inspection guide please.


We are provide lifetime paid maintenance service for all our products. When you have product issue, please process as below instruction: 

Situation 1: the product has been used with installation

① Please provide videos and pictures to AGFRC support team first, if we can judge or find out the issue and found it is product quality issue, we will send the replacement or exchange for the new one.

(Note: Please ensure well protect for every product to avoid any damage for the appearance. It will have extra charge if appearance damaged.)


② Please provide relative videos and pictures to AGFRC support team first, if we can not judge or find out the issue, it need to send it back to our factory to inspect, and then we can go ahead for the next step. We will provide the relevant inspection report and keep you informed.

(Note: Please ensure well protected for every product to avoid any damage for the appearance. We will take the photo to record once received the parcel. When the product send back to the factory for maintenance, we will mainly inspect the product's function, and will not exchange the product case. If needed, there will be extra cost.)


Situation 2: the product is brand-new without installation.

If find the product issue once received the goods within one week, please provide relative photos and videos. After confirmation, we will do product refund or exchange, if any disassemble or change for the product privately, we will not take any responsibility, such as refund or exchange.
